Secure Shopping
All transactions are securely processed through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required for this.
There is no registration or log in necessary for our shopping cart to give you an order total with shippng – just your Zip Code. If you decide to proceed with your purchase the shopping cart then takes you to PayPal to complete the transaction.
We know how annoying it is to have to register or log in
to a site to find out the total on an order, and have chosen our shopping cart because it saves you that step.
Shipping and Handling
Our wholesalers and importers help us to dramatically reduce our costs, carbon footprint, and prices to you, the consumer, by drop shipping items direct to our customers.
Shipping is charged at standard FedEx Home Delivery rates. All goods are insured against loss or damage. You'll notice that as you add second and third, etc, items to an order the shipping cost typically goes up by only a few cents per item, or maybe not at all, depending of course on the weight of the item added. This is provided the items are shipped from the same geographical location, which is noted in the top text section of each catalog page.
If, for example, you order one vendor's goods that ship from New England and another vendor's goods that ship from California, there will be two separate shipping costs. We've kept our prices extremely low to compensate for that expense, while at the same time providing you with one-stop shopping.
Some items may need to be packaged and shipped separately, either due to the weight or fragility of the item, or shipping from a different vendor's location.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on goods sold and shipped to addresses in North Carolina.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchases from us. Sometimes things do happen and here's how to deal with it:
1. In case of damaged merchandise, please SAVE ALL PACKAGING and notify us no later than 5 days after the merchandise is received. You'll be issued a return shipping label, or in some cases asked to keep (at no charge) or discard the goods, at your discretion. Damaged goods will be replaced or the cost refunded.
2. All merchandise returns must be preauthorized. See (1.) above.
3. Refunds will be issued when the returned goods are received.
4. Please return goods via UPS or FedEx. This assures that we will receive them as the US Postal Service does not deliver to our location.
5. Non-defective/non-damaged returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days and we will credit you minus a 15% restocking fee, provided it's an item unlikely to sell in our store. Otherwise we'll happily waive the fee and refund the full amount. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
