Shipping & Shopping Cart

We want your shopping experience with us to be as easy and friction-free as possible. Because of that, no personal or credit card information is required to calculate shipping costs — only a US Zip Code. No log in or registration are ever necessary to shop this site.

Orders Over $50 Ship Free

We provide free ground shipping on all orders with a value of $50 or more, as long as they ship to one destination. Our shopping cart will automatically remove shipping charges once your order reaches the $50 threshold.

Secure Shopping

All transactions are quickly and securely processed through PayPal. No log in, registration or PayPal account are required to use PayPal. North Carolina residents pay sales tax.

Please note that once our shopping cart takes you to PayPal there are two options on the right side of the page. One is to log in to your PayPal account. Log in if you have an account and wish to use it. Below that is bold text that reads, "Don't have a PayPal account?" Fill in the form below that text, click the "Continue" button, and your purchase will be processed quickly, without your needing a PayPal account.

Shipping

For both shipping and total cost, simply click the "Add to Cart" button and enter your Zip Code, then click "Update Cart". Shipping defaults to standard UPS Ground Residential rates, with faster shipping options available. All goods are insured against loss or damage.

Most items ship out to continental USA street addresses only (sorry, no PO Boxes) in 1-3 business days. Transit times vary depending on destination. To keep prices down and minimize our carbon footprint, many items drop ship via UPS direct from our wholesale supplier or the importer of those goods.

You'll notice that as you add second and third, etc, items to an order the shipping cost typically goes up by only a few cents per item, or maybe not at all, depending of course on the combined weight of the items. This is provided the items are shipped from the same geographical location, which is noted on every page.

Alaska and Hawaii Orders

Our shopping cart cannot calculate mail rates, but since UPS is prohibitively expensive to Alaska and Hawaii, orders for those destinations are sent via USPS Priority Mail. (In these cases PO Boxes are OK) Please let the cart calculate the UPS rate, and give us a few hours to calculate and refund you the difference.

International Cutomers

Diffuser World purchases are shipped internationally. We are happy to process other orders for international customers with USA street addresses. Once you place your order, please use the special instructions in the PayPal shopping cart, or email us immediately with your shipping instructions.
