Prayer Flags

Prayer flags are a Tibetan tradition, typically used to bless an area. At Mind-Body-Spirit Central we carry the Lung Ta style prayer flag, which is hung horizontally. It is comprised of five flags, strung from left to right in blue (sky), white (air), red (fire), green (water) and yellow (earth) colors. Each flag contains a symbol, or mantra, and a place to write your prayer.
As the images fade from exposure to the elements, the prayers become a part of the universe.
Prayer flags should not touch the ground, or be used in clothing, and always be treated with respect.
